Use of the App

a. Our taxi service online mobile app is designed to allow users to request and receive taxi services from drivers and service providers who use our app. By using our app, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. b. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our app. If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use our app with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. c. You may not use our app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Payment

a. Our app allows you to pay for your taxi services through the app using a online payment method or by cash. By using our app to make payment, you authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for the amount of the ride.

b. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information you provide is accurate and up-to-date. We are not responsible for any fees, charges, or penalties that may be imposed by your bank or credit card company.

c. For cash payments, you are responsible for ensuring you have the trip fair with you and do the payment as soon as your current trip is completed

Driver Conduct

a. We strive to ensure that our drivers provide safe, courteous, and professional service at all times. If you have a complaint about a driver's conduct, please contact us immediately. b. We reserve the right to terminate the services of any driver who does not comply with our standards of conduct.

User Conduct

a. You are responsible for your own conduct while using our app. You may not use our app to harass, threaten, or intimidate other users or our drivers. b. You may not use our app to engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity.

Intellectual Property

a. Our app and all content contained within the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of our company UX52 TECH PRIVATE LIMITED or our licensors and are protected by Indian Law and copyright acts. b. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any of the content contained within our app without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

a. Our app is provided "as is" without any warranties or representations, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our app will be error-free or uninterrupted. b. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that may result from your use of our app.

Limitation of Liability

a. Our liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of our app shall be limited to the amount you paid for the ride. b. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our app.

Governing Law

a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. b. Any legal action arising out of or related to your use of our app shall be brought in the Kendrapara Court, Odisha.

Your continued use of our app after any modifications to these terms and conditions shall constitute your acceptance of the modified terms. c. From time to time and before you take a ride, you must visit this page to be compliant with the latest updates

Covid Compliance Rules

a. Users and drivers must comply with all applicable Covid-19 regulations and guidelines as outlined by the Govt of India, the World Health Organization (WHO), and local health authorities. b. Users and drivers must wear a face mask or covering while using the taxi service. Drivers must also ensure that their vehicles are adequately ventilated. c. Users and drivers must maintain appropriate physical distancing where possible. d. Users and drivers must practice good hygiene, including regular hand washing or sanitizing. e. If a user or driver experiences symptoms of Covid-19, they must not use the taxi service and seek medical attention. f. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the services of any user or driver who fails to comply with these Covid compliance rules.
